How it works
Three gentle steps
You share
Tell us about your veteran and yourself using the form below. Share as much or as little as you're ready to — a name and a phone number is enough to begin.
We listen
A memorial team member contacts you personally to gather the story, photos, and family tribute at your pace — by phone, in person, or with a trained oral-history volunteer.
You approve
We prepare the memorial profile and send every word and image to you for review. Only when the family says "yes" does the tribute join the Digital Wall of Honor.
